Let’s Do Shots!

Doing shots each day is good for your health. Never heard that before?  Well, you are not listening to the right people.

Since most women have an insatiable appetite for the next big thing that adds value to their looks AND their outlook, daily Turmeric Shots just might be for you. Add the fact that it is inexpensive and easy to make, and it quickly becomes a no brainer.

Whos says so?  One major advocate for this ‘secret sauce’ is supermodel, Rachel Hunter.  She still looks amazing at 46 and it’s no secret that she credits this to her morning shot.

Best part is that this daily tonic can be made right in your kitchen and has only three ingredients.  Anything over 5 ingredients is beyond by kitchen skills.  Now, I should mention that I have no credential for dispensing beauty advice, but all the flap about this must have some merit, right?  Since I am pretty committed to trying anything once in life, I decided to give it a go.

Rumor has it that this combo of Ginger, Lemons and Turmeric will add a glow to your skin (even though you drink it) and a boost of energy throughout the day.  Since I am not a fan of any of those ingredients I had to talk myself into this experiment.  But okay, here we go! Blend, pour, and bottoms up. The challenge was getting it past my taste buds which found this more than a real insult.  No kidding, this is powerful stuff.  Skeptic in all things related to health claims, this was exhilarating. Disgusting, but exhilarating!   If you can gag it down, it may just be a valuable addition to making every day a little healthier and happier.  Cheers!
